PMW3389 Sensor Board

A fully assembled, tested PMW3389 trackball sensor board. Everything is soldered; just wire it up and add the code.

The circuit is redesigned from the Ogen board to fix problems with newer-production PixArt sensors, so the mounting points differ from the original. It mounts to the Splitball cup and works with QMK, which supports it well. You can even run one on each half of a split.
